The location was convenient as it was near the cable car, and I could see it from my balcony. Additionally, being close to the supermarket was a plus. Great place to stay for Christmas! The apartment was beautifully decorated and offered a lot of amenities such as a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, close to ski lifts and grocery stores. We also enjoyed using the wellness facilities and outdoor swimming pool which were a real treat after a long day of skiing!

The staff seemed very stressed and were not always available to answer our questions. We also noticed that some of the facilities, such as the saunas and steam rooms, were not turned on during our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful spa at Venediger Lodge. With two saunas, tanning beds, a large pool, and an infrared room, there were plenty of options for relaxation. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the open areas never felt overcrowded. The central location in Neukirchen made it convenient for exploring the village, and the bar/restaurant had a lovely atmosphere in the evenings. The apartment itself was comfortable, with a great view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. The pool was also a highlight, offering a refreshing break. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location is great, right in the middle of the city and close to all the must-see attractions. The furniture and decorations are really modern and stylish. We also appreciated the spacious parking facility.
